They sound like the prompt and the model behind them. Saffi runs Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.6 with prompts written by senior B2B operators, not generic agency templates. Each email is grounded in real research signals (recent press, hiring activity, funding events) and written in the voice you set during onboarding. Will my domain get blacklisted?
Not if you set it up right — and Saffi forces you to. Sending happens from a dedicated subdomain (e.g. mail.yourfirm.com) with verified DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records that we walk you through during onboarding. Daily caps are conservative by default (50/day per instance). Reply matching means we never send to someone who's already replied. Bounces and complaints immediately mark the contact as suppressed.
What about replies I want to handle myself?
